IT solutions of any complexity

В'ячеслав Муністер - засновник Munister Agency

Vyacheslav Munister

Founder, Munister Agency

Leads a small, hands-on team built around one idea: every project deserves real thought, not just fast delivery - concept first, code second.

munister.com.ua ↗

Munister Agency is a full-cycle IT studio: one team designs, builds, ships and keeps things running - no relay race between agencies and no lost context along the way. Since 2024 we've taken 10+ products from a blank page to real production: media platforms people actually read and listen to, ERP systems running real warehouses, fintech and edtech tools handling real users, and archival projects preserving real history.

Web & product, automation & AI, business systems - from a one-page site to an ERP with inventory and payments. Every project has its own domain and real users.

We work as a small team: design, code, launch and support in one pair of hands, no subcontractors. The stack - from static to Next.js, Flask and PostgreSQL - fits the task.

Principles that don't bend

01

In-house, end to end

Design, code, launch and support in one team - no handoffs to subcontractors, no broken telephone between stages.

02

Production, not mockups

Every project ships to its own domain and real users - we show working products, not Figma concepts.

03

Stack fits the task

From a single HTML page to Next.js and PostgreSQL - we pick tech for the goal and budget, not for fashion.

Start where
the risk is.

You do not need a perfect brief or a commitment to a full rebuild. We can begin with the question that is costing the most time, attention or revenue.

Clear work,
not agency theatre.

Every engagement leaves behind useful artefacts, not a black box: a decision trail, production-ready work and a team that can continue without us.

01

A shared decision frame

Goals, constraints, user paths and success measures written down before the work becomes expensive.

Brief · scope · assumptions
02

A build your team can own

Readable interface patterns, documented integrations, sensible permissions and deployment that is not dependent on a mystery vendor.

Design system · code · handover
03

A measured next move

We leave a focused backlog, analytics signals and an honest view of what to improve next — and what can wait.

QA · signals · roadmap

02 · Standards & technology

Beautiful outside.
Disciplined underneath.

We treat design quality and engineering quality as the same job. The exact stack changes; the production discipline does not.

01Experience

Accessible by default

Semantic structure, keyboard paths, visible focus, readable contrast and touch targets designed toward WCAG 2.2 AA.

  • Responsive from 360 px upward
  • Reduced-motion support
  • Content hierarchy and form clarity
02Performance

Fast enough to feel immediate

Core Web Vitals guide image strategy, bundle size, rendering and caching — measured on real devices, not assumed.

  • LCP, INP and CLS budgets
  • Responsive images and lazy loading
  • Caching and delivery strategy
03Reliability

Safe releases, visible systems

Validation, permissions, backups, logs and rollback thinking are designed before launch — not after the first incident.

  • Staging and release checks
  • Monitoring and actionable errors
  • Backup and recovery plan
04Security

Minimum access, explicit trust

We reduce attack surface with role-based access, input validation, secret separation and dependency review appropriate to the product.

  • Least-privilege permissions
  • Validated uploads and API inputs
  • Privacy-aware integrations

Architecture, deliberately chosen

One stack is not a strategy.

We choose the lightest architecture that can carry the product safely. A campaign site should not inherit SaaS complexity; an ERP should not be built like a landing page.

01

Experience layer

Semantic HTML, modern CSS, TypeScript, React and Next.js when component state or server rendering creates real value.

HTML · CSS · TS · React · Next.js
02

Application layer

Node.js or Python services, REST APIs, background jobs and admin tools designed around the operational workflow.

Node.js · Python · Flask · APIs
03

Data & operations

Relational data models, safe imports, search, roles and reporting that remain understandable as the product grows.

PostgreSQL · SQLite · D1 · R2
04

Infrastructure & delivery

Cloudflare, Linux, Docker, Nginx and Git-based deployment with monitoring, cache rules and documented ownership.

Cloudflare · Docker · Linux · CI/CD
05

AI & integrations

LLM workflows, structured retrieval and external services with human review, cost controls and graceful fallbacks.

OpenAI · LLM APIs · Webhooks · OAuth

Every production release passes through

  1. 01Scope & architecture
  2. 02Responsive QA
  3. 03Accessibility review
  4. 04Performance & SEO
  5. 05Security & data paths
  6. 06Handover & recovery

Not every project needs every technology. Every project does need a clear reason for what is included, what is excluded and how it will be maintained.
